Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered factories located in China. Because of this, please expect different items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

 

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Exceptional customer service is our number one priority and we do our best to make sure you get your goods as fast as possible. Due to the recent high demand for our products, normally it will take 9-18 business days for your order/s to be delivered. 


Shipping times will vary depending on what item(s) you ordered, your location and due to conditions outside of our control - such as bad weather and holiday seasons. Additionally, order processing time can vary depending on the time of day that the customer placed the order.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. You can usually expect a tracking order between 2-5 business days! 


Q. When can I start using my tracking number?

A. You can usually expect your tracking number to be live and tracking 5-10 days after receiving it. 

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide*.

Q. Is shipping FREE?

A. Well, yes and no. Here at GoofyProwlers we offer Premium Free Shipping on some special offers but if the item you are viewing does not qualify for a special offer we typically charge anywhere from $4.95-$5.95 for Premium Secured Shipping, depending on your location. 

Q. Where is your company located?

A. We have an office located in the beautiful Caribbean island of Puerto Rico. 

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Utility fact: You can change which currency to display prices in the entire store by heading over to the menu and clicking on the displayed currency. 

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

A. Yes, we use an encrypted SSL. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. 

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. 

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends on where you are located and if you order more than (1) item.
